30 to 40-Day Warranty
All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for customers in Canada and the United States, and a 40-day warranty for
international customers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues. To benefit from the warranty, you must provide proof of
purchase (invoice or receipt) and inform us of the issue encountered.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date for customers in Canada and the United States, and within 40 days for
international customers. Requests received after these periods will not be processed.
Refund Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have used the product according to specifications.
- Contact our customer service to discuss the situation.
Refund Procedure:
To initiate a refund request, please fill out the refund request form available on our website. Once the form is submitted, we will review your
request and inform you of our decision within 7 to 14 business days.
It is important to wait for the confirmation of the refund before sending the product back to us.
Product Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
You can return a product in the following cases:
- If the product is defective, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
- If the product does not match the description provided on our website.
- If the product is not compatible with your equipment. However, we ask that you perform all necessary checks, as requests for
non-compatibility made abusively may be denied.
- If the product was received by mistake (order error, product different from what was ordered).
- If the product shows visible damage upon receipt (in this case, please keep the original packaging to facilitate the return).
Return Conditions:
Returns must be made within the same time frames specified for refunds, namely 30 days for customers in Canada and the United States, and 40 days for
international customers. Products must be accompanied by their original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note that if you send us a product
without proof of purchase, without having previously filled out the refund request form, and without waiting for our approval, we will not cover the
shipping costs to return the product to you.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that have been used incorrectly or abused.
- Products that are not in their original condition.
- Products returned without proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way.
- Products returned after the 30-day period for customers in Canada and the United States, or the 40-day period for international customers.
- Products purchased on sale or promotion, unless otherwise specified.
- Products that are not accompanied by their original packaging.
